Unfortunately, there has been an increase in tardiness and "No Show" for appointments. This is frustrating because it leads to longer wait times, which is not fair to clients who are on time. It also prevents other clients and pets from securing a much needed appointment time slot.

When scheduling a recheck at the end of your appointment, a recheck deposit will be included in your charges. It will reserve your recheck appointment.

Appointments made for the same day will require a deposit of the exam fee of $61 per pet at the time the appointment is made. 

New clients will require a deposit of the exam fee of $61 per pet at the time the appointment is made. 

The deposit will be used towards the appointment/exam.
